Free Delivery:

  • Orders over £499.00 qualify for free delivery within the UK, excluding Scottish Highlands, Lowlands and Northern Ireland.
  • Delivery time for free shipping orders is 3-4 working days for tiles in stock.
  • Please note there are tiles we will deliver within 20-25 days working days after placing the order. Please read carefully the tile description before placing an order.

Standard Delivery:

  • For orders under £499.00, standard delivery is available at a rate of £39.00.
  • Delivery time for standard shipping orders is 3-4working days, excluding Scottish Highlands and Lowlands.
  • Please note there are tiles we will deliver within 20-25 days working days after placing the order. Please read carefully the tile description before placing an order.

Delivery Details:

  • Tiles will be shrink-wrapped on a pallet and delivered to the ground-level edge of your property (curbside).
  • The driver cannot assist in bringing the tiles into your property due to insurance purposes.
  • Orders under 20kg weight will be delivered by a parcel courier.

Delivery Charges for Certain Postcodes:

  • Delivery charges and timeframes vary for specific postcodes. Deliveries to certain postcodes may take between 5-7 working days.

Vehicle Size & Access Requirements:

  • Delivery vehicles include 7.5 TONNE TRUCK and 18 TONNE TRUCK.
  • Access to the delivery area should be wide enough, obstacle-free, flat, and have ample turning space.
  • Customers must advise if there are any parking or time restrictions at the delivery point.

General Delivery Information:

  • Customers receive a text message on the day of delivery with a 2-hour delivery window.
  • If there are any changes or delays, customers will receive an update via text.
  • If there are doubts regarding the condition of the delivery, customers must sign for the goods as “UNCHECKED.”
  • Availability to accept delivery on the requested date is essential to avoid paying for a redelivery charge.
  • Due to insurance and safety regulations, delivery personnel cannot transport goods into a customer’s property.
