Really pleased with the tiles we bought from Alcera for our kitchen renovation. Great selection to choose from, and a very reasonable price for such high quality. Alexandra was so helpful, and provided such personal and friendly service. We'll be back!

We went over to visit this shop today and it was closed. We arrived at 12pm - Google says it closes at 2pm on Sunday, the sign on the door says it closes at 4pm. The door was locked, all the lights were off and the advertised mobile number went straight to voicemail. Please update your hours so people don't make a wasted journey.
