Description
Interior and exterior use: Recommended for grouting of floors and walls in all types of ceramic (double-fired, single-fired, clinker, porcelain etc.), terracotta, stone material (natural stone, marble, granite, agglomerates etc.) and both glass and marble mosaic.
Before grouting: Wait until the adhesive or mortar has completely hardened. The joints must be clean and free of dust, emptied down to at least 2/3 of the thickness of the tile.
Preparation of the mix: While stirring, pour the powder into a clean, rust-free container. Mix the grout with a low-speed mixer to avoid air entrapment, until a smooth paste is formed. Let the mix stand for 3 minutes, then mix again briefly before use. Use the mix within 30 minutes of preparation.
Application: Fill the joints with the mix, using an appropriate trowel or rubber spreader without leaving any gaps. Remove any excess by passing the trowel or spreader diagonally to the joint while the grout is still wet.
Finishing: When the grout loses elasticity and becomes opaque, normally after about 15-30 minutes, wash off any excess with a damp sponge, working diagonally to the joints. Rinse the sponge frequently in clean water.
